1 lb spaghetti (we like Barilla Plus)
1 head broccoli, chopped into bite size pieces
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
4 T. sugar
4 T. rice vinegar
2 T. hot chili oil
4 T. toasted sesame seeds
Cook noodles according to package directions, adding broccoli for last 5 minutes. Drain.
Whisk together remaining ingredients. Toss with noodles and vegetables.
We served this with "Yoshida's" chicken (tuna for the cyclist). I only added 1 T. of the hot chili oil, because my kids are a bit wimpy when it comes to spicy. This would be great with all sorts of veggies.
